Instructions

  1. Quarter and core the apples. Do not peel if you are using organic apples. Cut each quarter into 3 or 4 pieces.
  2. Put apple pieces in a food processor and process until the apples are a chunky sludge (~ 10 seconds).
  3. Add water a little at a time, processing between additions until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Add optional lemon juice and process a little more to mix.
