Beef Goulash

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound whole wheat elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon celery salt (or 1/4 teaspoon celery seed + 3/4 teaspoon salt)
Instructions
- Brown meat with onion in Dutch oven.
- Layer elbow macaroni over meat mixture.
- Mix remaining ingredients except sour cream and pour over the macaroni. Do NOT stir.
- Bring to boil, cover, and turn heat to low.
- Simmer 30 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
- Stir in sour cream and serve.
