Beef Goulash

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown meat with onion in Dutch oven.
  2. Layer elbow macaroni over meat mixture.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients except sour cream and pour over the macaroni. Do NOT stir.
  4. Bring to boil, cover, and turn heat to low.
  5. Simmer 30 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
  6. Stir in sour cream and serve.
