Buffalo Chicken Wings

Instructions

  1. In a large Tupperware container, combine the flour, paprika, red pepper, and salt. Shake to mix.
  2. Add wings and shake to coat (may need to do this in 2 or 3 batches).
  3. Arrange wings in 2 9 x 13 inch glass casseroles, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Uncover wings and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. While the wings are baking, combine butter, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  7. After wings have baked for 10 minutes, brush hot sauce mixture over wings, turn, and brush again.
  8. Return to oven for 10 more minutes.
  9. Turn wings and brush remaining hot sauce mixture over wings.
  10. Set oven to broil and broil wings for 5 more minutes.
  11. Serve with bleu cheese dressing, celery, and carrot sticks.
