Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread (1-1.5 pounds)
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Run bread through a food processor to make crumbs/small pieces. Place in large bowl and set aside.
- Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Add seasonings.
- Pour butter mixture over the bread and toss.
- Add broth and mix further.
- Place in 9x13 inch glass casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
