Tuna Patties

Ingredients
- 1 7-ounce can chunk tuna or boneless/skinless salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except butter and make 4 patties.
- Melt butter in skillet. Brown patties over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Notes
- We eat these in grilled cheese sandwiches.
